If it wasnt bad enough it went from $150 to $320 in leas than two years, add another 3 months and it went to over $400 a month. Ive never once missed a payment, been late, and always paid 1-2weeks...

They raised the rate about 4 months after renting the unit and again as I'm coming up on 1 year. I wouldn't rent here because they will continually increase the rate.
