Closed door for an hour turned away at least a dozen customers. And won't answer the phone, rude. Not sure what the business model is but, the employee is doing no cleaning or stalking of shelves....

It the local plaid, and you don't expect much, but you expect it to be open during its hours. Four different times this week it's just been closed with a hand written "cleaning" sign on the door....
