We love Pinch! We seem to end up here every time we visit McMinnville. Friendly staff & deeeeeeelicious food + beverages. Our visit during the UFO Fest was my fav so far. We'll be back!

Really well prepared food with fresh ingredients, good flavor, and presentation. Really good service. Loved the rigatoni and carpaccio. Unique salad.
