Ordered the #1200 chicken breast filet and #1400 dip of France. Everything about it was good! Staff were also friendly! . They only accept cash but they have an ATM.

Last time we bought sandwiches one was soggy and the other was burnt and short on cream cheese. 1/8 of a teaspoon is chintzy. The bread was burnt on the edges. They refused to refund or credit us....

Our food was really great. It was hotter than Hades outside so the air conditioning was soothing! The folks running the show were kind and they were laughing together so they seemed happy.

DISCLAIMER: local food expert The sub was ok. The place is cool and historic in forest grove. The family that owns Phil's is awesome. I'm not a huge sandwich guy so I wasn't too impressed but...
