I am at this store often. My pups go to the Banfield for checkups. My little Lhasa Apso gets groomed in their salon. And I buy all my dog needs there.

They cancelled our small dogs grooming appt 10 mins prior stating that they can no longer take dogs that have a heart ailment( well managed for years) even though they've groomed her before AND...

The staff takes good care of my Big Boy and he loves going there. I love that they send me pictures of him.

I'm gonna start with I love to give positive reviews you hear about the negative so often it's hard to believe. I've been taking my dog to PetSmart for quite some time I would say over two years....
