History

Penny Lash studios established in 2016. Rebecca Penny has been lashing and educating since 2011. Started with one artist and now 8 and still growing. Awarded Best of Central Oregon and nominated as Entrepreneur of the year. Penny Lash just moved to much larger space in the heart of Bend. Opening up former location as the Penny Lash Training Center. As a mentor/educator Rebecca Penny continues to share her integrity for the art of lashing and Penny Lash studio is busy lashing beautifully clean, custom and safe lash art to the Central Oregon area.
