History

Pegasus Social Services was started when Cy Osborne, owner, purchased Don's Home Care Services from his brother-in-law. It started out providing medical escorting, recreational outings and moves and cleans. Over the last decade care management and in home care services were added, and the moving/cleaning and recreational outing services were sold off. We've been providing professional care management since 2011 and quality in home care since 2014.
