Parenting Now

Established in 1978, Birth To Three is a private organization that provides parenting education and support services to families with young children. Its curriculum is used by more than 600 facilities in over 40 states and in nearly 10 international countries. The organization s helpline offers information on various parenting concerns, including discipline, development, sleep and temperament. Its family support workers provide parenting education and referral information. The organization also conducts several workshops and creative activities. Additionally, it publishes quarterly newsletters and journals for parents and children. Located in Eugene, Ore., Birth To Three maintains an alumni group and is funded by individuals and other nonprofit organizations.
