Every time I have been they have not once been accommodating. They never stand up and take care of me when I am standing there. I waited 20 mins one time and they sat on their phones with no worries!

The owner was totally rude to vendors in his store. Made us all feel uncomfortable at the trade event. Sounds like he has some control issues.
