The only reason this isn't a 1-star or 0-star is because of Joey who has serviced our machines for years. Kudos to him for sticking it out with this company. I would not recommend this company...

We are stuck in a contract with them that they refuse to renegotiate. We signed on shortly before the pandemic and our organization changed radically. They won't renegotiate. We have a copier...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. the woman that answered the phone was automatically annoyed, our entire law office is down because we didnt get a toner collection box that they were SUPPOSED...
