History
Established in Fairview, OR April 2014. Added Fascial Stretch Therapy as a service in May 2014, and relocated to NW Portland in December 2014 within North Lake Physical Therapy. Licensed as a Massage Therapist in Jan. 2016 and relocated to Bend, OR in May 2017. Moved back to Portland June, 2020.

We specialize in professional bodywork, fascial stretch therapy, and movement therapy services geared toward active populations. We combine deep tissue sports massage with fascial work, craniosacral, and our personal training/yoga backgrounds for an effective and fun approach to movement.
