Paa Dee literally means “to bring good things”. Our concept– To provide good things is to walk the path of happiness. “Our comfort food concept was developed around the idea that the food we consume must leave us feeling reinvigorated, satisfied & content. It must be delicious, sustaining & nourishing to the body. This menu consists of dishes that remind us of our most cherished childhood dining experiences. Times when we were surrounded by our conversing friends and family members, enjoying good food, rich in flavor & variety with appreciation for the care & love infused by those who prepared our meals”. Our menu is seasonal & subject to changes regularly. We use only all natural, hormone free & naturally raised meat & poultry in all of our dishes. We try to source all of our produce from local farms when possible & select only sustainable & non-endangered seafood.
