Owl Taxi was established in Bend, Or. in 1940, by Leroy Fasset. which means we have been in business for 72 years. It was also the local ambulance, hearse and tow company. In 1979, it was sold to Rufus & Bonnie Biggs. Who both moved to Bend in the 1920's. Rufus started as a driver in 1954. It is now owned and operated by the second and third generation of the Biggs family. We have deep roots in the area, and most of our employees are friends of the family.We value our long standing customers, and welcome new ones. Our policy is to make it personal. Know our regulars names and addresses, jobs. And, to make everyone we transport feel welcome and special. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
