Cookies are SOFT!!!!! And hot means HOT. So give it some time to cool before you sear your tastebuds off. Service was very friendly. Street parking is easy.

lol been to many coffee shops. Probably the rudest girl I've ever met at any shop actually pretty funny. Was around noon on Sunday.
