Bart A. Adams, MD is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and the Medical Director of East Oregon Surgery Center, the only Type I surgery center in Eastern Oregon. Dr. Adams received his surgical eye training at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester Minnesota, and was the first surgeon in this area to use foldable implant lenses routinely during cataract surgery. Dr. Adams has extensive training and over 15 years of experience in vision surgery.
