HistorySenior and Disability Services is a Division of Lane Council of Governments (LCOG). S&DS is a Medicaid transfer agency, delivering Medicaid services in Lane County. S&DS also delivers Older Americans act and other non Medicaid services.SpecialtiesThe Aging & Disability Resource Connection is a free service that offers the public a single-source for information and assistance on issues affecting older adults and adults with disabilities regardless of their income. The ADRC can provide information about any of the programs listed below as well as information about services offered by others in the community.The Senior Meals Program provides nourishing meals, and mealtime companionship to adults ages 60 years and older. The program serves seniors who are homebound with Meals on Wheels; Caf 60 serves noon meals in friendly dining rooms for those who can attend a meal site.
