Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals (OFOSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the welfare of homeless dogs and cats in Hillsboro, OR. They rescue animals from overcrowded shelters, accept surrendered and abandoned pets, and provide spaying/neutering services, as well as finding forever homes through adoption.
