My Mom used to shop here, so when she passed away we wanted to donate her books. We called just to ask if they take book donations and we were hung up on immediately which is enough of an answer....

They always come off as business first, local bookstore second. I never feel welcomed, prices are higher than every other used bookstore in Southern Oregon, and I have stopped visiting entirely....
