The highest quality meat, by far in all of central Oregon with a selection of products second to none. If you truly know the difference in high quality meat, then this is the only place to go....

USDA approved, locally sourced and natural! The beef is processed and packaged in the same building you buy it from! It doesn't get to you more direct unless you did it yourself!
