The One With Heart Tulen Center specializes in Indonesian martial arts and offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs for children and youths. Its programs include Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen martial arts, Indonesian kung fu, self-defense, yoga, kickboxing, boxing, chi kung energy exercise, personal training, fitness and spreading peace.
