All the plasma places in this stupid city are terrible. But this one has the most ridiculous wait times. They are so under qualified it's ridiculous.

It's clean and employees are all very nice but...... the employees need to understand it's ok if they can't get the vein and miss it's ok it happens but to try in the other arm still not feeling...
