NWRC/Portside Patient Services is your local St. John's full service community resource for all your OMMP needs! We are a private membership organization serving the OMMP community, patients, caregivers and growers alike. We offer a smoking lounge where you can medicate in a safe access environment, educational classes and events, community building opportunities, access to medical evaluations and referrals are available.
