Northwest Personal Training and Fitness Education was founded as a merger between two businesses. NWPT offers private and small group training in a 5,000 square-foot personal training studio in Vancouver, Wash., and a fitness membership, personal training and group sessions at a 9,000 square-foot facility in Portland, Ore. Clientele consists of both male and female clients of all age groups who want to improve their overall health and fitness. Programs consist of cardiovascular training, muscle strength and endurance conditioning, flexibility, post-rehab, sports specific conditioning and nutrition. They also host monthly active adventures such as hiking, snowshoeing, running clinics and monthly educational seminars.

To enter this gym you must walk through a boutique/coffee shop. I don't want to have to walk through trinkets and clothing while smelling coffee to get to the gym. The gym itself is in what feels...
