History

Northwest Primary Care has been a part of the greater SE Portland community since 1960, when a local physician founded Clackamas Internal Medicine. In 1976, two local physicians created Milwaukie Family Practice. We continue to be physician-owned, with all of our owners currently practicing in our clinics. Three of our owners currently practice at this clinic location.
