History

We started out in one carefully chosen home in Portland's historic NW neighborhood near shops, hikes, views, grocery stores, and popular Portland nightlife. Over time we have grown to meet the demand for travel in Portland and now have a brand new building designed to fit into our beautiful neighborhood. We still have our rooms in historic parts of our property as well as newly renovated spaces, a cafe on site and soundproof common space. Our business is locally owned and part of a global network of hostels, the best of both worlds.

Coronavirus Update: We started to accept reservations again! We are taking extra steps for cleaning and sanitation and are restricting the number of people in certain common areas to follow social distancing guidelines. To protect the health and safety of our staff and guests we also ask everyone to wear face coverings when around others while maintaining a 6' distance. Our cafe is still closed but we are looking at reopening sometime in July. Please keep checking back for the latest information on our hostel.
