Sloan and the coaches do a great job teaching and working with everyone, young and old. This is a fun place to get and stay in shape. I highly recommend it.

Sloane made a great park for every fitness and age level. I can't see how anyone can get bored here, endless ways to change things up and remake a challenge. My kiddo is in classes here and Sloane...

Don't send your kids here. While it's true this facility is really nice and have all the cool obstacles, this is not a place for children to take classes. My 7 year old son took 2 classes a week...
