nwcm was supposed to be acting on the behalf of our condo association for the last 3 or so years. throughout this time they have not been proactive in helping us, and they've made many oversights...

WARNING@@!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My HOA had this management company setup for us by the builder of our community, we had to fire them as soon as we could. They kept making numerous errors...

Update to my horrible rating for NWCM: they're still horrible! Apparently we have/had a new person handling our community. Because Kate Lowe refused to reply to an email, our property closed one...
