Appointments and customer service are handled by a call center in India. They missed an appointment that was confirmed. You cannot reach anyone in the local office. I' outta here!

This company makes excuse after excuse. They run a week behind on filling up propane. We run out every month then wait...... customers service reps are rude and snarky. Do not use them!
