The Northeast Portland Tool Library is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides residents of Northeast Portland with access to tools, regardless of their income level. Their mission is to empower the community by enabling neighbors to build and maintain a sustainable and thriving environment.
With a maximum of 8 members allowed at a time, the tool library is located at the Leaven Community Center and Salt and Light Lutheran Church. They offer a wide range of tools and operate on Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
