Nicoletta's Table

Nicoletta's Table is inspired by the Torriti family of Cortona Italy. Giuseppe and Nicoletta Torriti’s love of quality food, gathering around a table to fully experience a meal, and their dear friendship drew Nicoletta’s Table owners, Al and Shari Newman, to create this space. Their mission is to provide the freshest ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer in their delicious homemade pizzas, pastas and breads. They also provide imported salumi, cheeses and olive oils that you would find in an Italian trattoria or Nicoletta's home. Nicoletta’s Table creates a casual, yet elegant dining experience where around our table we become family, friends, and community.
