History
I opened my first home-based healing practice in January 2017 upon completion of several courses of study with the Lightsong School in Portland. Specialties
I offer shamanic healing and energy work sessions in a 90-minute deep healing format. Sessions are a blend of spirit-guided deep meditation/journey work, generally including clearing of any energy blockages, energetic blueprint restoration, vitality enhancement, grounding/strengthening of the personal energy field, and Reiki, with elements of crystal healing, herbal support, and sound healing. Existing clients have access to a variety of shorter-format interim sessions and tune-ups. This work can be particularly beneficial in enhancing an overall sense of well-being, grounding and centeredness; stress relief; deep relaxation; restoring self-confidence and connectedness; balancing the emotions and the mind; and can also help to address underlying energetic causes for physical ailments, as a complement to any appropriate medical care by a licensed healthcare professional.
