National Crittenton Foundation

The Justice and Joy National Collaborative, formerly known as National Crittenton, is a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, national gender justice advocacy organization based in Portland, Oregon. With a mission to achieve social, economic, and political justice for girls, young women, and gender-expansive young people of color, they work towards eradicating all forms of oppression through policy system change, collaborative research, and innovative thought.

Through their intergenerational approach, the Justice and Joy National Collaborative centers the voices of those most impacted to address significant gaps in data about girls and gender-expansive young people of color, aiming to create a future free from police violence and promote mental health and well-being.
