Staff is courteous, respectful and helpful. Also patient with all sorts of folks. Some good hiring has occurred at this St John's store.

They won't honor warranty when traveling. Will go to competition in future. Manager just simply didn't want to be bothered.

...So after the whole non-experience we had with Baxter Auto Parts in St. Johns, the hubby and I were completely happy with the service we received at Napa Auto Parts, just down the street....
