I have always liked Multnomah County Vote by mail and their Track Your Ballot" service. They send texts when your ballot is sent, received, and counted, and give you a virtual "I voted" sticker....

Voting is radical. I've been able to get my ballot at pretty short notice and have it count in the election. Lines move quick and the employees are pretty friendly.
