Sometimes this means healing low back pain and sometimes it means helping to change the body/mind's response to stress through various body based therapies like acupuncture, herbal medicine and gentle manual therapy techniques. If you're familiar with acupuncture, you'll find my style of practice unique and if you're new to acupuncture, you'll be amazed at how profoundly relaxed you feel! We are more than just these physical containers that move us around each day and to enjoy a deep and true state of health, we have to address all different aspects of our being; muscles, organs, feelings, thoughts, spirit all wrapped into One.
