I have had the best of the BEST service at this location thanks to Chris B and Oscar reps at this location. Chris was my rep and Oscar also helped when he could. I spent 4 hours getting my service...

Just had a recent visit. Great customer service. Just kidding. I didn't get the chalupa I ordered. I mean, c'mon, really? And only 2 packets of hot sauce.

Bolt employees t refuse to help me told me that they were on a break one even went outside to adjust the sign saying that he was busy and when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager

I came and they took the needed time to go over there service and what they cover and what not cover.

this is a franchised store where help doesn't last or stay..they lie to you to get you to sign up and 2 weeks later when you go back the employees that were there including the manager is gone...
