We smoke our own delicious, high quality meats such as Brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. We offer Espresso drinks made with freshly ground coffee beans from a local roaster. Our Gift shop is loaded with unique and fun new gift items and collectibles and we manage the beautiful, cozy and modern Inn at the Bridge Cabins right on the mighty McKenzie River.
