McKenzie River Trust

The McKenzie River Trust is a nonprofit land trust established in 1989, dedicated to preserving critical habitats and scenic lands within the McKenzie River basin and surrounding watersheds in western Oregon. Through collaborative efforts with landowners and community members, the organization has successfully protected over 10,000 acres of land, restored numerous miles of salmon-bearing streams, and planted more than a million trees and shrubs.
