Lowell McKelvey has been a lawyer since 1999. Lowell started out as a prosecutor, spent 10 years as an insurance defense litigator, and since 2015 has been an injury attorney, helping victims of car crashes, slips trips and falls, Onewheel injuries and nursing home neglect and abuse. Lowell formed MKB Lawyers in 2015, and still practices with his partners Kenji Kozuma and Chris Burke. Lowell formed McKelvey Law LLC in 2021 to allow a second office location in Northwest Portland, and also to focus on mediation and arbitration services.
