Markham Children's Care Association (MCCA) is a nonprofit member association located at Markham Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. With a focus on nurturing values such as honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility, MCCA offers a program designed to enrich each child's school day experience. Licensed by the Oregon Department of Education, MCCA ensures the safety and well-being of children through staff members who undergo criminal background checks, are certified in First Aid CPR, and receive training in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect.
