MaMere's Guest House is located at the historic Howell House, built in 1891, in Monmouth, Oregon - a quaint college town. Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley near highway 99, just a block from Western Oregon University (WOU), and close to the city of Independence, MaMere's is surrounded by some of the best wineries in the state. It is the perfect home base for visiting your WOU student, exploring the area by bike, and wine tasting. It is an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. We also have a great back courtyard, set amongst our many roses, where you can lounge and listen to the summer music in the park series or enjoy a glass of wine as you unwind in the evening. If you are traveling by bicycle, we also have a locked storage area to keep your bikes safe. Rent the whole house for large groups and our small event space for intimate gatherings. Emily and Eli, brother and sister innkeepers, are eager to make your stay restful and enjoyable!
