Went shopping with a friend yesterday at the Macy's in the mall we went into the women's department and the nicest store clerk named Terri, helped us find all the clothes my friend was looking...

The selection of women's clothing is lackluster and outdated. Service was hard to judge as no one greeted me or checked on me as I shopped. Customer service is dead.

Very knowledgeable and helpfully sales associates. Especially in AYS. I wish they would bring back the brands they once had years ago. And the 30 day return policy should be 90.
