I began an agency career in Wausau Wisconsin in 1987 serving my clients until 1994 when I accepted an agency management position with American Family. After serving in both Wisconsin and Oregon in that capacity, I decided I missed the client contact. Helping people. So in 2002 I made the decision to go back into agency to once again be working directly with clients. It's the people that make this business fun.
