Kind of echoing the previous comment... check the Bar disciplinary records... Zach was impossible to get ahold of. I'd try email and phone. Finally would resolve to doing both of those and...

I would not recommend Zachary as an attorney. I failed to do my research until it was too late, thankful for friends that let me know about the multiple online tools such as the Oregon State Bar....
