Tried to get information for a referral ( as am aware Legacy Medical Group is closed to new patients ) and the woman answering just repeated they're not taking new patients and HUNG UP on me....

Horrible front desk staff. Joshua is rude and condescending. Tries to act like he's my dr!. MA are snarky and don't follow thru with insurance pre authorizations. Confused several health issues....

I walked into legacy with my elderly father with a bad skin cancer problem, Dr gelfand and all the nurses (Alexis you are a hero) and even the support staff at legacy really helped me set up...

Booked out for over 9 months if you're a new patient even if you've been to Legacy before. Don't bother calling.
