History

Teaching private piano lessons for 30+ years. This is my calling, my expertise, and my joy. Helping young people, age 4 and up, beginning to advanced--and adults--to achieve their personal best, with encouragement and creativity. My home studio is equipped with a Steinway grand piano, a Yamaha Clavinova and iPad with apps. Teaching excellence at every level with fun and creativity Specializing in Classical and Christian Worship styles Offering Composition and Music Theory Member OMTA (Oregon Music Teachers Association) and MTNA (Music Teachers National Association)

Specialties

Students will learn to read music, understand rhythm, and play expressively. OMTA Festivals and Syllabus exams are optional. We cover music theory and music history. Composition, including digital notation, upon request. Two recitals a year. Specializing in Classical music and Christian worship styles, including chording and lead sheets.
