History
The inspiration behind what I'm trying to accomplish in Oregon was a result of dinner at a local Portland restaurant with a dish attributing it to Hmong cuisine. Unfortunately, it doesn't represent the traditional taste of the Hmong kitchen and my childhood memories. This was the genesis of my need to share Hmong food and culture with the metro Portland community.
