My first time here since the switch over from Providence to Labcorp. There are now 2 check-in tablets. They ask a few more questions than the old and you have to scan an ID and insurance card....

Bloodwork done here. You can have black coffee or water if fasting. I checked in at podium and it scans your DL and heath card. Easy! The blood draw was like a whisper touch. Not even a pinch!...

This place sucks !!!!! I waited for over 2.5 hours and there were still 4 people in front of me. Either hire more people or change management because you guys are horrible.
