Kyle Smith | Guitar Teacher

I am a professional guitarist and teacher living in Eugene, OR. I have more than 10 years private teaching experience, and teach students of all ages, ability levels, and musical styles. I have performance experience in a variety of styles including Jazz, Classical, Rock, Country, Fingerstyle, and more. I love teaching beginners, as well as advanced players. I have a Bachelors, and a Masters degree from Eastern Washington University, where I specialized in Classical guitar, and Jazz guitar. During my time there, I quickly became a sought after teacher and performer around the Spokane Area. I became the youngest member of the Spokane Jazz Orchestra in 2008, after playing with that group off and on the previous year. I also spent time playing with the Bob Curnow Big Band, recording for Sierra Music Publications. I am available for lessons, clinics, or performance.
