Overall was ok but wtf was up with the rice... rock hard and dry as the Sahara desert. Pretty gross tbh Update: got food poisoning 100% from eating here.

I now understand why this location in SE Portland OR gets dismal reviews. I'll add mine to the pile of bad reviews. So -- 20 years ago I lived in LA and was a regular at Katsu-Ya in the valley...
